We receive information only through the routes below.

• Contact and quote forms. Name, business email address, phone number (optional), country, what best describes you, and your message. The enquiry form on our contact page sends these details to us and stores them in a Google Sheet. It is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is human.
• Email, phone and WhatsApp. Whatever you send us, including your number or address and the content of your messages.
• Website analytics. Anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and referring site, collected through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics.

We use what you send us to:

• reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations, samples and export documentation;
• follow up on the conversation you started, including about related products;
• meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations;
• understand how the site is used so we can improve it (analytics data only).

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures traffic without cookies or tracking individuals across sites. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. The site works normally without them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers that run the site and our tools, such as hosting and spam protection (Cloudflare), analytics (Google, Cloudflare), Google Sheets and Gmail for enquiries and replies, and messaging (WhatsApp), under their own terms and privacy policies;
• our manufacturing and logistics partners, where a specific order or quotation requires it;
• authorities, where the law requires us to.

We are based in India. Our service providers may process data in India and in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. By contacting us from outside India you accept that your information is handled in these places.

We keep enquiry and contact details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the purpose above. Records we must keep by law (for example for orders and exports) are kept for the legally required period.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, and complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal basis for handling your enquiry is that you asked us to, and for analytics, our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, but no website or email is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as bank card numbers through the site.

This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Drive. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the updated policy applies once it is published here.
