What are allergy and respiratory medicines?
Antihistamines such as cetirizine, levocetirizine and loratadine relieve allergy symptoms like sneezing, itching and a runny nose. Montelukast helps prevent asthma and allergic rhinitis. Salbutamol opens the airways during an asthma attack, and ambroxol and cough syrups loosen mucus and ease coughing.
Progene Pharma supplies them to importers, distributors, hospitals and tender suppliers outside India. Many are sold in pharmacies, and syrups for children are among the fastest-selling items.

Do you make respules for nebulisers?
Yes. We make salbutamol respules, single-dose sterile ampoules for use in a nebuliser, and other inhalation solutions to order.
Can you make syrups in different flavours?
Yes. We develop the flavour and colour with you, so a syrup suits your market, within the limits your authority allows.
Are antihistamines prescription medicines?
In many countries, antihistamines such as cetirizine are sold without a prescription, while montelukast usually needs one. Rules differ by country, so check with your authority.
Can you make allergy and respiratory medicines under my brand?
Yes. Progene Pharma manufactures under your brand name, with your artwork, language and pack size, and can make any medicine in this area that is approved in your country, including new strengths and combinations.
Which documents do you provide for registration?
Progene Pharma provides a Certificate of Analysis with every batch, a COPP in the WHO format, a registration dossier in CTD or ACTD format with stability data, a copy of the facility's GMP certificate, MSDS, and samples for registration testing.
Do you sell these medicines in India?
No. Progene Pharma supplies distributors and importers outside India. Our products are for export only.
